Shipping Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Prescription Required
All medications require a valid prescription from a licensed Asymmetric Health provider before they are dispensed. No medications will be shipped without a valid prescription.
Who Ships Your Medication
Prescription medications are dispensed and shipped directly to you by a licensed pharmacy, which may be a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy or a commercial pharmacy. The pharmacy is responsible for fulfillment and shipping. Asymmetric Health does not hold, store, or ship medication inventory.
Processing and Shipping Time
Once your provider issues the prescription and payment is complete, the pharmacy typically processes and ships your order within 5 to 7 business days. Timing varies by pharmacy, by medication, and by whether the medication must be compounded.
Temperature-Sensitive and Sterile Medications
Medications that require refrigeration or sterile handling are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging and expedited service to keep them stable in transit. The shipping method will be based on the storage requirements of the specific medication.
Your Shipping Address
You are responsible for giving us a complete and accurate shipping address and for being able to receive your shipment. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient.
If Something Goes Wrong With Your Shipment
If a shipment is delayed, lost, arrives damaged, arrives at an unsafe temperature, or contains a delivery error, contact us right away, and within 48 hours of delivery for any temperature or damage issue. We will arrange a replacement shipment or a refund of the medication cost at no expense to you, based on what you prefer.
Do not use any medication you believe may have been compromised in transit.
See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on replacements and refunds.
