Is this the real price I'll pay?
The estimate reflects our current published rates and the discount stack that applies to your answers. Bundle, family, and trades discounts are self-attested here and verified at enrollment. First-month promotional pricing isn't included and would make month one lower still.
Do I need to pay for an evaluation up front?
Yes. Every membership starts with a one-time evaluation (ranges from $199 to $1,299 depending on scope). The evaluation includes lab work, a 60–90 minute consultation with an Asymmetric Health clinician, and a personalized treatment plan. See the full pricing page for evaluation options.
How does the bundle discount work?
If you enroll in two or more core memberships (Weight Loss, Optimize, or Primary Care+), you get 30% off those core lines. The bundle discount does not apply to peptide therapy since it's already discounted as an add-on.
What's included in Primary Care+ that I won't see itemized?
Primary Care+ is our most comprehensive membership and already includes: peptide therapy, functional medicine visits, urgent/acute care, chronic disease management, in-office procedures, screenings, referrals, and pharmacy benefits. That's why the quiz skips the peptide add-on question when you select PC+.
Can I change my mind later?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month (annual billing is an upfront option for the 10% discount). You can add, drop, or change lines at any time by contacting the clinic.
