Returns & Refund Policy

Effective: August 21, 2026 Last reviewed: August 21, 2026

This policy applies to medications prescribed by Asymmetric Health providers and to professional service, evaluation and membership fees.

Purchases from our online store at shop.asymmetrichealth.com are governed by that store’s own returns policy. Supplement orders placed through Fullscript are governed by Fullscript’s returns policy.

We Prescribe, Pharmacies Dispense

Asymmetric Health is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications. Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies on a valid prescription from an Asymmetric Health provider. Pharmacies operate independently and are responsible for preparation, dispensing, shipping and compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations. See our Terms & Conditions for the fulfillment options available to you.

Medications Cannot Be Returned

For safety reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned, reused or resold once dispensed. Pharmacy regulations prohibit pharmacies from accepting returned medications for redispensing. Once a medication has been dispensed, its cost is non-refundable except as described below.

Medications Picked Up at a Retail Pharmacy

Where you fill a prescription at a local retail pharmacy, that pharmacy bills you directly at pickup under its own pricing, returns and refund terms. Questions about price, availability or substitution go to that pharmacy. Contact us if you have a clinical concern about the medication.

Problems With a Shipment

Contact both the pharmacy of record and our office at support@asymmetrichealth.com if there is a problem with a medication shipment, including any of the following:

  • A shipment is lost or never arrives.
  • A shipment is delayed to the point that the medication’s sterility or temperature stability is compromised.
  • A medication arrives damaged or at an unsafe temperature.
  • The wrong medication or the wrong quantity is shipped.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for a shipment that never arrives, so we can assist while the issue is still resolvable.

Where a pharmacy, manufacturer program or our prescription routing partner, Refill, billed you, refunds and replacements are handled under that company’s policies. Always contact us if you have a clinical concern about a medication.

Courtesy reimbursement. If a shipping or delivery error occurs at a pharmacy in a fulfillment path we routed you through, and the billing party does not make you whole, we may reimburse you so that you are not paying twice. We do this because we stand behind the fulfillment options we offer. It is a courtesy extended at our discretion, it is not your exclusive remedy, and it does not limit any rights you have under Washington law.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel a medication order any time before the pharmacy dispenses it. Once dispensed, the order cannot be canceled and the medication cost is non-refundable except as described above.

Evaluation, Consultation and Membership Fees

Laboratory testing ordered as part of an evaluation is included in the evaluation fee and is not separately refundable.

An evaluation is fully refundable on request before laboratory testing is drawn. Once testing is drawn, the evaluation fee is non-refundable, including where you do not attend the provider visit.

Professional service and consultation fees pay for care that has been provided and are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Membership billing and cancellation are governed by the membership agreement you sign at onboarding. The medication terms above are separate from these fees.

Contact Us First

If you have a problem with an order, contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. Most issues are resolved quickly when you reach out.

See our Shipping Policy for how medications are shipped.
