TRT for Men in Olympia, WA
Low testosterone affects men at every career level, but professionals who spend long hours at a desk often notice it later. Fatigue gets blamed on the workload. Weight gain gets blamed on age. Low motivation gets blamed on burnout. In many cases, the underlying issue is hormonal and treatable.
The Asymmetric Health Focused Hormone Evaluation is built around the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, so the picture is far more complete than the single Total T number most TRT clinics rely on. Depending on your intake and history, the clinician may pull markers like total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin, DHEA-S, PSA, and a metabolic safety panel from the available panel. If your levels are suboptimal and you are symptomatic, the protocol that follows is custom-built around your labs and goals. No two Olympia patients leave with the same TRT plan.
All-in package for Olympia men starting TRT. Lab work, the consult, and a personalized hormone protocol come bundled into a single one-time fee.
- Lab work included: HPG-axis hormone panel personalized to your intake
- 60-minute provider evaluation: telehealth or in-person
- Fully personalized TRT plan: no one-size-fits-all protocols
- Ongoing care from ~$165/mo (membership + meds at cost)
GLP-1 Weight Loss in Olympia
Olympia has limited options for physician-supervised GLP-1 programs. Most providers in the area either do not prescribe Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, or they charge significant markups on the medication. Some online clinics offer GLP-1s but bundle everything into a flat fee where every prescription comes out of their profit.
At Asymmetric Health, the evaluation is $199 and your medication is passed through at cost. Before prescribing anything, your clinician selects relevant markers from a panel that may include thyroid (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, TPO antibodies), HbA1c, fasting insulin, cortisol, lipids, and a metabolic panel. Weight gain is often driven by underlying hormonal or thyroid issues that a GLP-1 alone will not fix, and the treatment plan is built specifically for you.
Olympia patients pay one fee for a physician-supervised GLP-1 weight loss work-up: labs, the consult, and a personalized treatment plan built around your bloodwork, not a one-size-fits-all script.
- Lab work included: metabolic, thyroid, and insulin markers personalized to your intake
- 60-minute provider evaluation: telehealth or in-person
- Fully personalized GLP-1 protocol: dosing and titration built around your labs and response
- Ongoing care from ~$140–165/mo (membership + meds at cost)
Menopause Care & BHRT for Olympia Women
Perimenopause and menopause are not conditions to just push through. Hot flashes, disrupted sleep, mood changes, brain fog, and declining bone density are all driven by shifting hormone levels, and they respond well to treatment when it is done properly.
Most Olympia providers offer one-size-fits-all HRT or suggest antidepressants. Our clinicians take a different approach. The Focused Hormone Evaluation for women includes a panel that may pull from estradiol, total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, a thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3), HbA1c, and metabolic safety markers. The clinician selects the relevant markers based on your intake, then designs a bioidentical hormone protocol around where you actually are in the transition. No two patients leave with the same plan. If you also need progesterone evaluation, DHEA-S, or a deeper HPA-axis workup, the Complete Hormone Evaluation is the better fit.
The practice is led by Dr. Strand, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (formerly NAMS), and protocols stay anchored in evidence-based menopause medicine. Multiple delivery methods are available: topical creams, patches, pellets, and oral formulations.

Is telehealth available for Olympia patients?
Yes. Our providers are licensed in Washington state and see patients via telehealth anywhere in WA. Evaluations, follow-ups, and protocol adjustments can all be conducted remotely. Lab work is completed at any Labcorp location (there are multiple in the Olympia-Lacey-Tumwater area). Many of our Olympia patients prefer the convenience of telehealth for routine visits.
Do you accept insurance?
Asymmetric Health operates as a direct-pay practice. We do not bill insurance for office visits or memberships. This allows our providers to spend 60-90 minutes per evaluation (instead of the typical 15-minute insurance visit) and prescribe whatever is medically appropriate without prior authorization delays.
That said, your lab work through Labcorp can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement, and if you have an HSA or FSA, our services typically qualify as eligible medical expenses.
