Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Asymmetric Health website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Asymmetric Health is a direct primary care practice located in Lacey, Washington. We offer evaluation packages, membership-based ongoing care, and telehealth services to patients within Washington state. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Evaluations and Memberships

Evaluation packages are one-time purchases that include laboratory testing, a consultation with your provider, and a personalized treatment plan. Evaluations are non-refundable once lab work has been ordered.

Memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. You may cancel your membership at any time. Annual memberships that are cancelled early are not eligible for a prorated refund. Membership fees cover physician services only. Laboratory testing, medications, supplements, and imaging are billed separately.

Telehealth

Asymmetric Health offers telehealth services to patients located in Washington state. By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge that telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care, including the inability to perform physical examinations. You agree to be physically located in Washington state during all telehealth consultations.

Payment and Insurance

Asymmetric Health is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance for visits or memberships. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Laboratory work processed through Labcorp may be submitted to your insurance independently.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Asymmetric Health and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asymmetric Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
