Testosterone Therapy

TRT for Men in Olympia, WA

Low testosterone affects men at every career level, but professionals who spend long hours at a desk often notice it later. Fatigue gets blamed on the workload. Weight gain gets blamed on age. Low motivation gets blamed on burnout. In many cases, the underlying issue is hormonal and treatable.

The Asymmetric Health team runs a 40+ marker panel focused on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, so the picture is far more complete than the single Total T number most TRT clinics rely on. Free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin, DHEA-S, plus a baseline metabolic safety panel are all part of the initial evaluation. If your levels are suboptimal and you are symptomatic, your provider builds a protocol specific to your labs and your goals.

One-time evaluation $299
Typical monthly cost ~$165/mo

Typical avg. for the first 3-4 months. Every program is individualized to your treatment plan.

GLP-1 Weight Loss in Olympia

Olympia has limited options for physician-supervised GLP-1 programs. Most providers in the area either do not prescribe Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, or they charge significant markups on the medication. Some online clinics offer GLP-1s but bundle everything into a flat fee where every prescription comes out of their profit.

At Asymmetric Health, the evaluation is $199 and your medication is passed through at cost. Your provider runs a full metabolic panel before prescribing anything, because weight gain is often driven by hormonal or thyroid issues that a GLP-1 alone will not fix. If there is a root cause, they find it.

One-time evaluation $199
Typical monthly cost ~$140/mo

Typical avg. for the first 3-4 months. Every program is individualized to your treatment plan.

Menopause & Hormone Therapy

Menopause Care & BHRT for Olympia Women

Perimenopause and menopause are not conditions to just push through. Hot flashes, disrupted sleep, mood changes, brain fog, and declining bone density are all driven by shifting hormone levels, and they respond well to treatment when it is done properly.

Most Olympia providers offer one-size-fits-all HRT or suggest antidepressants. Your clinician takes a different approach: a full hormone panel (estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, DHEA-S, metabolic markers), followed by a personalized bioidentical hormone protocol based on where you are in the transition and what your body actually needs.

He is a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner and offers multiple delivery methods including topical creams, patches, pellets, and oral formulations. The protocol is tailored to your symptoms, your labs, and your preferences.

Frequently Asked Questions from Olympia Patients

Do I need to drive to Lacey for every appointment?

No. After your initial evaluation (which can also be done via telehealth), most follow-ups and protocol adjustments happen through telehealth appointments. Your provider is available by video, phone, and direct message through your patient portal. For Olympia patients who prefer in-person visits, the Lacey clinic is about 8 minutes from downtown Olympia via I-5 North.

What services does Asymmetric Health offer to Olympia patients?

Olympia patients have access to every service we offer: testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), GLP-1 medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT), erectile dysfunction treatment, peptide therapy, hypothyroid treatment, TBI therapy, and functional medicine. All services are available both in-person at our Lacey clinic and via telehealth.

How much does TRT cost in Olympia, WA?

The Focused Hormone Evaluation is a one-time $299 fee that includes a 40+ marker hormone panel focused on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, a 60 minute consultation with your provider, and your personalized treatment plan. After that, TRT management runs approximately $165/month all-in (membership + medications at zero markup). Lab work through Labcorp is transparently priced and may be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

How much does GLP-1 weight loss cost?

The Medical Weight Loss Evaluation is a one-time $199 fee. After that, most patients pay approximately $140-$165 per month total (membership + medication at cost) for the first 3 months. We offer both brand-name (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound) and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Your cost reflects exactly what you need. Learn more on our medical weight loss page.

Is telehealth available for Olympia patients?

Yes. Our providers are licensed in Washington state and see patients via telehealth anywhere in WA. Evaluations, follow-ups, and protocol adjustments can all be conducted remotely. Lab work is completed at any Labcorp location (there are multiple in the Olympia-Lacey-Tumwater area). Many of our Olympia patients prefer the convenience of telehealth for routine visits.

Do you accept insurance?

Asymmetric Health operates as a direct-pay practice. We do not bill insurance for office visits or memberships. This allows your provider to spend 60-90 minutes per evaluation (instead of the typical 15-minute insurance visit) and prescribe whatever is medically appropriate without prior authorization delays.

That said, your lab work through Labcorp can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement, and if you have an HSA or FSA, our services typically qualify as eligible medical expenses.

Ready to Get Started?

Whether you visit our Lacey clinic or connect via telehealth, the first step is finding the right evaluation for your goals.
