- 90-Minute Evaluation Examination – An in-depth discussion of your health history, symptoms, goals, and biomarker data to develop a personalized plan.
- InBody Body Composition Scan (in-clinic only) – Tracks muscle mass, body fat %, visceral fat, and hydration.

- Evaluation Exam – Once your lab results are back, meet with your provider for a 60-minute in-clinic or telehealth evaluation, including an InBody body composition scan (in-clinic only).
- Sign-Up for Membership – Enroll in the membership tier determined by your Evaluation Exam to execute your personalized weight loss program.
- Reassess & Refine – With your plan in place, we’ll work with you over time to fine-tune your strategy for safe, sustainable results.
Common Questions
Do I have to sign up for a membership?
No. The results and recommendations of your evaluation are yours to do with as you please. If you would like to work together to execute the program we discussed during your evaluation, you can sign up for membership anytime after your appointment.
Are labs included?
Yes. Your biomarker panel (75 total) is included in the $999 price and can be completed at any Labcorp location.
Will you prescribe hormone therapy?
If indicated based on your labs and medical history, we can prescribe hormone therapy, peptides, or other treatments tailored to your needs.
What if I want a deeper evaluation?
If, during your Total Wellness Evaluation, we find that additional specialized testing could benefit you, we’ll explain exactly what we recommend, why it matters, and provide an estimated cost. You decide whether or not to proceed.
