We don't accept insurance, so there are no surprise bills, no prior authorizations, and no decisions made by your insurer.
Every evaluation, membership, and service has a published price. You know what something costs before you commit.
We pass medication costs through at our cost. Your GLP-1, testosterone, or peptide pricing is what the pharmacy charges us.

Ian Strand, DO, FAAMM
Board-certified emergency physician. Fellowship-trained in anti-aging and metabolic medicine. West Point graduate, Army veteran.
Dr. Strand spent years working full-time in emergency medicine, watching the same metabolic, hormonal, and lifestyle patterns drive people into the ED again and again. He founded Asymmetric Health in 2021 to do the work upstream: hormone optimization, weight loss, and functional medicine before crisis, not after.
Dr. Strand sees patients directly and oversees the clinical care, lab interpretation, and protocols across the practice. Every plan is built around the person in front of us, not pulled off a shelf.

Health is built, not prescribed
You can't outrun a bad diet, terrible sleep, and chronic disconnection with a prescription pad. Every protocol we write sits on top of the fundamentals: real food, heavy training, recovery, and the people you actually care about.
